One is evil--he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego. The other is good -- he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. This same fight is going on inside you, and inside every other person, too." The grandson thought about it for a long minute, and then asked his grandfather, "Which wolf will win?" I love having hands, so I can pick things up, and carry things, and push buttons. I just love having hands and so grateful for this aspect of my life. I am also grateful for my tongue. It would be so hard to eat without a tongue. Much harder to move my food around and also I wouldn't taste the food much without a tongue. Also, it would be super difficult to speak. I'm grateful for my tongue. I'm perhaps most grateful of all for my eyes. They allow me to see so many beautiful things. Most of the time they work together so I do not have two separate images. And I appreciate that I can close my eyes and imagine things I have seen with my eyes. I love having eyes to see. I am so grateful for my hands.
