The Believe Pinky Program gives you the tools to begin attaining healthy body image and healthy weight. Through these E-books, an audio, and our Web community, Pinkys will learn how to start breaking the habits that keep them from their dreams – personally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Laura’s original e-book, “Inventing Change From the Inside Out,” provides the building blocks to begin understanding the Body Image Mastery system. Pinkys also receive “Your Body’s Secret Language,” an e-book in which Laura equips them with a new way to start thinking about and treating the body. In addition to these foundations of the OnePinky program, Laura provides you with a Body Image Meditation (via audio and transcript) to provide daily support along the path to loving what—and who—you see in the mirror.

You’ll provide each other with support and encouragement as you undergo transformation. You will also embark on a 12-week journey through the Body Image Mastery course, where you will work through exercises that help you internalize the truths at the core of the OnePinky system. You will discover, among other things, how to stop hating food, how to appreciate exercise, how to no longer fear the scale and how to be honest with and accountable to yourself in a gentle, caring, loving way.
