Every night before I go to bed, I write my gratitude list.
I have so much to be thankful for. I write a minimum of 15 things on my list. I try to make them different and since I am not perfect, I don’t always succeed.
For example, there are some things that are on my list daily, one being my Pinky’s!
To the amazing women in this community, who are committed to loving their bodies from the inside out and achieving permanent weight release and health -
I love you and I thank you all!
And this is for you….
Be
As you are
And so see
Who you are
And how you are
Let go
For a moment or two
Of what you ought to do
And discover what you do
Risk a little if you can
Feel your own feelings
Say your own words
Think your own thoughts
Be your own self
Discover
Let the plan for you
Grow from within

Last week I promised to share Part 2 on Love.
I read this piece to myself daily for years and I wanted to share this with you all hoping that it will and does support your journey to self love.
On Love
“Today I see others as God sees them, perfect. I apply myself to the joyous task of Loving. I am patient, kind and sincere in my encounters – for these are my natural instincts and I embody them well. As a result, I am happy, content, well loved, supported and nourished…all day long and forever.”
Let’s celebrate the loving Pinky’s we are and join hands in our hearts today and every day.
Thank you for allowing me to love you all and for attracting this work and community into your lives.
And let’s complete this loving post with my favorite quote from a Beatles song….
And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make. ~The Beatles~
I love you all, XO
Laura
P.S. Today I celebrate that I am never alone in this world, for we are all connected by heartstrings and hope.

This is beautiful Laura. I begin my prayer at night with what I am grateful for.
The piece on love is beautiful, I can feel my own growth through reading this and having a loving reaction and not one of thoughts of what others are doing to me.
I read this quote last week and have thought of it often each day:
“It is better to conquer yourself than to win a thousand battles. Then the victory is yours. It cannot be taken from you, not by angels or by demons, heaven, or hell”.
- Buddha
To me it feels that conquering myself is about love for myself and extending that love to others through kindness and understanding.
Let the plan for you grow within – Love this!
Leah
