Sin

I grew up Catholic with the whole sin thing, including lots of guilt and shame.  I think it is fair to say that this has created a life of fear for me, versus a life of love.   I no longer want to live a life of fear.  I want to live a life of love.  I know this needs to be backed up by not only new thoughts, but new behaviors as well.  I have a vast history of living with guilt and shame and know that it will take some time for me to change these beliefs.  I think the perfect place for me to start is to every morning make a commitment to love.

Tonight at the Unity Spiritual Center I have been attending I heard two new meanings of sin,

1) Self-Imposed Nonsense

2) Stuck In Negativity

I really appreciate both of these new definitions.

May there be peace within.

Love,

Gina

I love this – Self Imposed Nonsense! Feels balanced rather than bad and wrong. Leah x
