Day 90 – The Next Chapter…
The beautiful thing about Life is we have memories…
Memories are ours for life. We get to keep them and treasure them and bathe in them.
I have so many beautiful changes and transformations that have taken place over these last 3 months, and if it were not for Leah putting out the challenge…
Leah put it out there, I asked her if I could jump in with her and the rest is history.
So much has changed, all good, and the best part for me was feeling that stick-to-itness of, NO MATTER WHAT…I still have it in me to do whatever it takes.
I am strong, I am powerful and I can do this. NO EXCUSES.
Thank you Leah for giving me the opportunity to affirm that by partaking in this daily practice and for your contributing to my being a more powerful leader.
One of the best things about this three month for me is that I finally wrote my book proposal and although I did not list it as one of my intentions, I told my agent I would have it to her by the last day of the blog.
I SENT IT TO HER TODAY and I am thrilled.
Yippee!

Another thing I stopped talking about was my challenging class I took a couple of months ago called, “Black Diamond Glutes”.
I loved that class and I made it into the movie, which is on YouTube.
I thought I would complete this chapter with some highlights from my class. Can you find me in the video?
While it is true that I still cannot go down to the ground for 20 push ups, I love feeling stronger and…

Laura! I just watched the You Tube Video of “Black Diamond Glutes” and watching you has affirmed to me that I can have the body I want! I have had doubts that I will ever look the way I want to look. Not anymore, whenever those doubts arise I will think of you and where you are today and all the weight you released.
I am feeling a bit of a void so I am going to write a nice big long comment to fill the loss of not blogging today!
Wendy and I discussed after the Call today how great it would be if someone else did the blogging challenge! I would love to read someone elses journey. I think I am still a bit numb that this challenge is complete! I have so much emotion, yet I am unable to put it into words, I know it will all come flooding out of me in the weekly blogs.
This past 3 months has been the greatest period in my adult life, this journey is the beginning, it’s not the end. This is a New Chapter!
How is your Business Course going Laura? So much has happened in the past 91 Days.
So now I am working hard on trading, I have a really large target to meet and that is Leigh and I want to travel to America in July 2010 and meet y’all. I also want to be at my target weight at this time.
I was thinking for my 2nd wedding in Las Vegas that I will order pink wrist corsages for all my One Pinky friends.
Back to trading.
I love you Laura and you are amazing! I will miss you each and everyday and I will look forward to hearing from you each Monday.

Congratulations on finishing your book proposal and congratulations to you and Leah for completing your blog challenge. I love the title of your book. Love It! I would welcome a blog challenge. Among the many things I need to be challenged on I need to write. I have been avoiding a lot of things that have been calling me and I need a good kick in the but.
I feel kind of the same as you about this change in season, maybe for different reasons but I want absorb the shortened daylight and sunshine hours to energize me for the longer hours of darkness to express my creativity and give birth to all the things I have been wanting to accomplish for a long time such as writing, reading, blogging, studying, loving me and my body during this winter season of 2009-2010.
As always, thank you for being who you are and for giving so much of yourself to your OnePinky community. You are your own summer in winter.
